We currently ship throughout the United States and delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier availability.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.
During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We'll keep you informed of any delays.
3. Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Here's what to expect once your order is processed:
- We currently ship only within the United States.
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Minnesota, USA.
- Processing Time: 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Transit Time: 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Total Delivery Time: 6–12 business days
- Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (Central Time - CT), based on our warehouse location in Minnesota.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM (Central Time - CT) will be processed the next business day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please note: Velumoza is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
5. What shipping carriers do we use?
We work with trusted shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery across the United States. The carrier used for your order may vary depending on your location and availability.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
7. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages
In the event of failed delivery attempts, incorrect address information or undelivered packages, orders may be returned to us. We will contact you if this occurs and arrange a new shipment, which may incur additional shipping costs.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via our Contact Page. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
